💫 Showcase your innovative and creative abilities by creating real-world solutions at MAC's first ever hackathon — Hack Sprint!
MAC x Hack Sprint is a 2-week long virtual hackathon-style event in which student teams of 4-6 develop solutions to real world problems and present to industry experts.
If this is your first hackathon — don't stress! The first week of Hack Sprint is entirely dedicated to helping you develop your technical skills. There will be workshops from sponsors and the MAC team. There will also be social events you can attend to make new friends, find a team and share your ideas.
Hacking begins in the second week where participants will build their projects, receive mentoring from sponsor representatives, and finally pitch their hack to the judges. Apart from a prize pool of over $2500, there is also a first year prize for those who are new to Monash so all first years are encouraged to participate!
🎟️ Tickets are $5 for MAC members and $10 for non-MAC members. You can sign up to be a MAC member at monash.club/mac-signup-2021.
Register at monash.club/register-hacksprint and then join the Discord at monash.club/discord-hacksprint. You can sign up individually now and form teams later!
